Phoebe loves weather. So do Grandpa and Grandma Fuhrmann. Good thing there just so happened to be a National Weather Festival in Norman last weekend!

Phoebe also loves balloons. What a perfect opportunity for Phoebe to witness a weather balloon launch.

But Phoebe doesn't need a weather balloon to forecast the perfect day for a trip down the bumpy slide with Grandma.
