Spurning the usual artificial tree, Phoebe begged her Daddy for the first ever Bisel Family live Christmas Tree.
My wise husband set precedent with a petite 4 1/2-foot Douglas Fir knowing all too well that a girl expects bigger and sparklier with each passing year. I imagine we'll have added a vaulted ceiling to our living room by the time Phoebe is 10.
