Un-Common Cold

Last week Phoebe weathered her first bug. The on-call doctor diagnosed Phoebe with a "common cold".

Good news: Phoebe will never get this particular cold again, ever.

Bad news: There are billions of different cold viruses for Phoebe to contract.

If that's the case, then in my estimation there is nothing common about this cold. In fact, shouldn't it be called the uncommon cold?

I know what you're thinking: "It all has to do with immunities and mutations of virus strains, blah blah blah."

You say "Tom-ay-to". I say "Phooey", colds are the pits.
